This place was great. You can customize your burger with different cheeses,sauces, toppings (fried egg anyone). The coleslaw and lemonade are both freshly made. Awesome. They even had gluten free buns.

Took a while to get our food. The staff didn't seem to have a really good work flow for a lengthy line of customers. It felt like their POS took a lot of taps to put in an order. Food was alright. Lots of fried, greasy goodness, pretty much what you'd expect from a burger place. My BBQ pulled pork was good. I only wish I had lighter side items, but that's not important to everyone. Sometimes you just want a burger and fry, right? There's a sign that says burgers are cooked medium rare by default, which seemed atypical. Most places cook well done unless requested. Could be a nasty surprise if you're not paying attention to the sign. Apparently they make fresh squeezed lemonade, as well as free cool aid for the kids.

I had great expectations due to the location that formerly housed Linda's Deli. It ended with disappointment. The chubby in Chubby Burger ended up lean. I can understand the front of the house being not on the ball after only 3 weeks if the product they delivered was outstanding and the place was packed. However, neither condition was met. Substandard fare with lackluster service at an elevated price tag. My advice, drive north to the Sugar Shack or south to Burger and Bun.

Burger was good. To make it a combo is an additional $3.00... really? For a side of fries and a small pop? Really? Not worth it. About lost my mind when the unattentive waitresses if that's what you want to call them did nothing but talk and laugh between themselves. Not once asking us about our meal. At one point the girl with the short hair in back and curly on top was laughing and fell to the floor... THE FLOOR. She got up and kept talking and laughing. Not once after she got up off the floor did she wash her hands. Keep in mind everything she was touching after that... DISGUSTING. Should I go into the amount if flies inside the restaurant? Or the decor that had no rhyme or reason? No, I will leave that alone. Recommend this to anyone? NO. The food yes was good not great. Nothing was worth going back.

Made the mistake of not giving myself enough time to get what I had ordered. I voiced my issue with the staff, and they were so accommodating! I left a potentially off-putting situation with an amazing solution thanks to the unparalleled customer service. Great Staff, Great Atmosphere, Wonderful Experience.
